CAPITAL CITY- Monarch  predicts anywhere from 2000 to  2500 people to vote in  the runoff election which is pretty high turnout  compared to australia. with an elligible non-incarcerated electorate that is anywhere from 70% to 88% of the  non incarcerated voter populaton to vote which is double  the turnout in the first round. that is beacuse more people  are having a   voice beacuse the monarch is selling the voters a  tactic to get any one who has not got their job back to  get it  back soon. Lets see if his tactic is selling lets look at austin island  unemployment  data from  june,4th to  july,6th  the  governmnent is  publishing unemployment numbers at the end of each phase.  

Data   from june,4th   1,339 people unemployed  elligible work force 1,921  percent unemployed  70%.

Data from  monday    599 people unemployed  elligible work force 1,921   percent  unemployed  31%

This claim is   true   beacuse more than half of the people that were unemployed on june fourth   went back  to work

the monarch is also selling a  claim  that  testing has sped up since may 21st lets look at the data

this claim is  true  beacuse tests went up  four fold  testing  206 people per 1,000 residents and  since july,1st  223 tests have been taken and none of them have tested positive.
