Monarch Revises Constitution For The Assembly of people

The  monarch revised the  legislature of austin island  from the bicameral congress to the  unicameral assembly of the people.

The Assembly of the people consists of  3,620 members   that doesnt make sense   there are 3,655 people people who live in austin island   but per the constitution   the monarch  the cabinet any municipal mayor and   the austin island supreme court.
