only five days before early absentee ballots voting for the runoff election

only  five days   before people can cast their early absentee ballots for the monarchial runoff election  this comes as the monarch expected up  to 2500 people  to vote which is nearly 90% of the electorate. and  about  70% of the population  the monach said that the percentage of electorate in the first round was bigger than the  first united states election he is  correct beacuse only 12% of the electorate voted in  the 1789 election there fore there was three times the turnout.  and there fore back in 1789 only men could vote but in 2020 all people can vote
